1. No Refunds on Worn or Altered Wigs
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on wigs that have been:
Worn, tried on, or altered in any way
Removed from their original packaging or lace cut
Styled, dyed, washed, or treated with any products
Please inspect your wig carefully before making any changes to ensure it meets your expectations.
2. Refunds for Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s) received
A brief explanation of the issue
If eligible, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, all orders are considered final and begin processing. Custom or pre-order wigs cannot be canceled once production has started.
4. Pre-Order and Custom Wigs
All pre-order and custom wigs are made specifically for you. As a result, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note, banks and payment gateways may require additional time.
