Custom or pre-order wigs require 3–4 weeks for processing and production before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer nationwide and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic (Within USA):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
Standard International: 7–15 business days

Pre-order wigs require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. Once your custom unit is ready, we’ll ship it according to your selected method and send tracking details immediately.
